The fruit that’s nutritious for everyone

Through banana is cheap fruit but it is much nutritious. It is nutritious for people between ages of 6 month to old. Every banana contains equal amount of nutrition. The amount of sugar in ripen banana is much. A ripe banana contains a good amount of Sucrose, fructose and glucose. As a result it digests quickly. Due to sugar in it diabetics and weight prevail in it. This is good for these patients to have control in eating banana. 

Ripe banana contains protein, calcium, vitamin-A, B & C. It also contains different minerals and good amount of fibre. A banana of 100 gm contains 100 calorie energy. It has protein of 1.6 gm and 867 gm potassium, which helps to prevent high blood pressure and heart disease. Other than this in banana there are some chemical items, such as- Triptafen, Serotonin and non-aminefron. This helps to prevent depressed and give pleasure to our mind.

Banana also helpful to prevent costiveness and also helpful for diarrohea patients. Since ripen banana extend the volume of Butyric acid in body and for this reason it controls diarrohea.
