In a week 12 minutes is sufficient

To keep your body well it isn’t necessary to go to GYM every day. You may keep yourself fit by taking 12 minutes exercise in a week. After performing a new research the researcher have told that.

This research has been done by the researcher of Norway University of Science and Technology. They have seen that taking 12 minutes exercise in a week a person can take more oxygen and their blood pressure and sugar in blood decreases.

They have made the research with 26 persons who generally don’t take exercise but they are not sick. This research had been taken place for 10 weeks. They divided 26 persons into 2 teams. One team performed exercise for 4 minutes for 3 days in a week. And another team performed 48 minutes exercise in 3 steps taking 4 minutes rest. After 10 weeks, it has been seen that the member of both teams had increased taking oxygen near same. The members of first team who took exercise for 12 minutes a week, they have increased 10% and the members of second team who took exercise for 48 minutes a week, they have increased 13%. But the members of second team have damaged more cholesterol of their body then the first team members. 

The researcher have said that to keep your body fit you need small time exercise hard in that little time.
