Healthy teeth by brushing only?

Consciousness for the health of mouth is increasing day by day. So let’s know how to protect the fairness of mouth & teeth. So there is a question can we keep our teeth by only brushing them regularly? No, there is also some auxiliary care along with brushing teeth. They are given below-

  • No Soft Drinks- Soft drinks can make spots on the teeth easily. They also harm the Enamel which protects the whiteness of the teeth.
  • Use of straw-Soft drinks, energy drinks or man-made juice contains citric acid & Phosphoric acid. These make corrosion of the enamel quickly. This loss can be avoided by using straw.
  • Vitamin-C- Oranges, lemons etc. are rich in vitamin C. The eating of Vitamin C makes the molar teeth healthy and strong.
  • Taking more Apples and Carrots- Apples are called the natural tooth brush. You can take an apple after taking meal. Carrots also have the power of cleaning teeth.
  • Green tea- Green tea contains poly-phenol and anti-oxidant. These two elements prevent the plaque from sticking to the surface of teeth. In addition to this, green tea is helpful in removing bad smell of mouth.
