Every child likes chocolates very much. But don’t give him
excess amount of chocolates and candies. Sugar from chocolates or candies stick
on the teeth and that makes damages on the teeth. As a result tooth may get
broken. Sometimes it is seen that there are created holes in the teeth and food
get stuck in that hole, it causes pain to the teeth and may cause infarction.
For this reason it is good to give chocolates or ice cream or any sweet type
items as less as you can. It must be remembered that after eating this items,
the child must brush their teeth cleanly and must ensure that no foods are stuck
in the gap of the teeth. Like an adult person the child should take care of
their teeth. Besides, if the child feels nay problem with teeth then you may take
doctor’s help. Give your child large amount of foods that contains calcium,
such as- milk, vegetables, small fishes and also give fruits. This keeps the
child’s teeth and one strong. Many children like to eat the outside food very
much but give your children as less as you can, this is good for your child.
Make fresh food in home and feed this home made food to your child that is
better for your child.
