Follow six steps to reduce your mental pressure

There is hardly any people who doesn't affected with mental pressure. But most of us can't get rid of  mental pressure.And for this reason we have to face many disease both in mental and physical way. So we must try to get rid of it.
For this purpose follow the bellow points-

-Take a deep breathe your nose, keep it for 2-3 seconds then release the breathe through the mouth. Do this work by closing your eyes. It will give you pleasure. For this reason your blood pressure will be normal, muscles will be exercised and tention will be cleared.

-The best way to make one's mind joyful is giving concentration on listening favorite songs and poems.
Have a gossip with your friends. You may go to your friends house or any relatives house. This change of place will give give pleasure to your mind.

-Good sleep reduces the mental pressure. If you can't catch sleep then you may sleep by listening songs or reading books. But don't take any medicine for sleep without doctor's permission.

-Mental pressure can be reduced by taking exercise regularly.

-Some people gets addicted through the disturbance of mental pressure. It doesn't give any benefit and damages him through mental and physical way.So, say 'No' to addiction.
